Our ServSafe® Food protection programs are designed to maximize your learning, Classes include a proctored exam.

All training materials incorporate the latest informations from the most recent FDA food code.

​

There are different hours of training required, depending on the state and/or city in which the test takes place. We will meet your local and state requirements.​ Our classes are designed for those who are certifying for the first time and for those who are renewing a certification.

​

The exam consists in 90 multiple choice questions, a score of 70% is required to pass.

​

There is a time limit of 2 hours and you cannot use any notes, books or study material.

 

Exam accomodations can be made for language as well as disabilities. 

​

Any accomodation must be made and confirmed in advance.
